Hours: Part-time (up to 25 hours/week) – Weekend availability required

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and people-loving team members to join Squarena — an immersive LED tile gaming experience that’s as unique as it is fun! If you love working with kids, families, and groups, and thrive in an upbeat environment, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in guests with a big smile and great energy

  • Explain game rules and ensure players have a safe, exciting experience

  • Lead the action and keep the games running smoothly so every guest has a blast from start to finish

  • Host unforgettable birthday parties and group events

  • Assist with set-up, clean-up, and keeping the space welcoming

  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the fun going!

Who You Are

  • Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages (especially kids)

  • Reliable, responsible, and ready to work weekends

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solver who can think on your feet

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating booking/scheduling systems

  • Previous customer service, event, or kids’ activity/retail experience = bonus points!
