Birthday party deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event and no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credits.

One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ advance notice, subject to availability.

Guests who arrive late are still welcome to enjoy their party; however, we are unable to extend the event beyond the scheduled time.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Birthday cake is allowed only for guests with a purchased birthday party package, must follow the guidelines outlined in our Birthday FAQ, and must be served in the designated party room.
